refund

We will refund the original sales price of the returned goods.

Your purchase amount will be credited within 14 days of receipt of your return - always according to the method of payment you originally chosen when ordering.

 

Credit card

• The amount will be credited to the credit card account of the original buyer after processing the returned goods. 

• The credit should be published on the next creditor's account of the buyer.

gift card

• The refund at goods purchased via a gift card is done in the form of a new gift card.

Payment in advance

• The credit takes place on the bank account from which they originally transferred. It can take up to 4 working days before the credit appears on your account

 

 

PayPal

• The credit takes place on the PayPal account used by you. Whether the amount is deposited on your PayPal account or returned to your bank account, you can specify even at PayPal.

 

You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the reimbursement is complete.
